Stuffed zucchini boats
Time for one healthy food recipe! This time I made stuffed zucchini boats. This zucchini boats were stuffed with zucchini seeds, corn, ground beef, paprika, seasoned with salt, red paprika and pepper and I put mozzarella on the top. This meal was without the carbohydrates, but you can add whichever carbohydrate you want.
The zucchinis are full of fiber, so, only 1 or 2 zucchini boats are enought for a meal. It takes time everything to cut and chop but it is fun to fill the zucchinis. If you have too much fill, don’t worry. You can put everything in the holes between the zucchinis. It doesn’t need to be perfect. Any combinations of ingredients can be good. If you have some interesting combination, put in the comments below.
