For this breakfast recipe I decided to show you how to combine spinach and eggs to make spinach frittata. This recipe for spinach frittata is very easy to make and you only need couple of ingredients.

Spinach is very delicious and healthy ingredients which can be made in various ways. Combining with eggs is very cool and one healthy meal!

This time I used spinach, eggs, onion and garlic. Just couple of ingredients can make such a difference from regular egg frittata.

It is very easy to make and very delicious breakfast. You can eat it without anything. It is so good!

INGREDIENTS FOR SPINACH FRITTATA

  • 400g of spinach
  • 7 eggs
  • 2 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Salt and pepper

HOW TO MAKE SPINACH FRITTATA

  • Cut the spinach into small pieces.
  • Stir a little bit.
  • Add the eggs in it.
  • Stir again.
  • Chop the onion and garlic into small pieces.
  • Add the onions and garlic into spinach and eggs.
  • Stir all together.
  • Season it with salt and pepper.
  • Put the whole mixture into baking bowl.

BAKING THE SPINACH FRITTATA

  • 180°C
  • 35-45 min
