For this recipe I prepared sataras. Sataras or Szataras (hungarian) is a meal made od mixed sauteed vegetables usually of bell peppers, tomatoes and onions. It can be served like a side dish or served with a rice, potatoes or anything you want. This sataras I served with a rice.

I adore vegetables. For that reason, I eat vegetables every day in a different combinations. But, sataras is my and my husbands favorite!

Mixed sauteed vegetables with some mixed herbs and rice is unbelievable! It can be eaten just without anything and it can be stil amazing!. Perfect flavor with perfect fresh vegetables!

INGREDIENTS FOR SATARAS RECIPE

  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 onions
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 3 peppers
  • Coconut oil
  • Salt and pepper

HOW TO MAKE SATARAS

  • Wash all the ingredients. Tomatoes, onions and peppers.
  • Cut the 2 cloves of garlic into small pieces.
  • Cut the tomatoes in a small dices.
  • Cut the peppers into small pieces.
  • Heat the oven.
  • Put the coconut butter or any kind of butter or oil into the pan.
  • First, saute the garlic pieces a little bit.
  • Add the onions, tomatoes and peppers in it.
  • Stir until all the ingredients are soft but still crunchy.
  • Serve with rice!
