Healthy fresh tomato soup with rice
For this post I made a healthy tomato soup with fresh tomatoes, leek, onion, garlic and sour cream. In tomato soup I put brown rice too. This fresh tomato soup is one healthy soup for all who want to eat healthy and be healthy. My husband and I, we eat the whole week healthy, and this tomato soup was one warm dish for today cold weather. It was raining the whole day, so I came to this idea for one warm and easy lunch.
This recipe is easy to make recipe, because you just need couple of fresh ingredients and just blend it all together. The full recipe is below in the text.

Healthy tomato soup recipe
1. 9 tomatoes
2. 2 leeks
3. 3 or 4 cloves of garlic
4. 1 spoon of sour cream
5. 1 onion
6. salt, pepper, red paprika
7. brown rice
1. cook the tomatoes for couple of minutes
2. put the rest of ingredients (leek, onion, garlic) in the water and cook a couple of more minutes
3. blend all the ingredients
4. put salt, pepper and red paprika and cook the soup a couple of more minutes
5. put the sour cream
6. cook the brown rice
That’s it! 🙂 Easy, healthy and yummy! 🙂
